What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept:

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the US and Europe. Please see our shipping and delivery section for more information on costs and delivery time.
Please note that all customs and duties taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my  order?
Should you wish to change your order after your payment a has been processed, send us an email to office@nvh-jewels.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There maybe some instances where we are unable to modify your order. We are unable to cancel orders after they have been dispatched.

How will I know if my item has been shipped?
When your item has been dispatched we will send you an email notification as well as a tracking number for you to track your item.

I've received my order but I’m not happy with it.
You can return your item , but will be charged cleaning fee if the jewels have been worn. If you are not satisfied and we can issue you with a credit note to use within three months we do not do cash refunds.
